A traffic stop by County Police Officer Jonathan Bryant Friday evening landed two Kosciusko County residents in the Marshall County Jail.

 

About 8:15 Officer Bryant conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of U.S. 30 and King Road. During the stop the driver, 28 year old Cody Hale of Warsaw was found to have a suspended-infraction license.

 

MugShot_Kurt CarterA male passenger, 28 year old Kurt Carter of Milford was found to have an active warrant out of Kosciusko County.

 

MugShot_Megan SloneA female passenger gave false information about her identity. Officers discovered her real name was 27 year old Megan Slone of Warsaw who had four active warrants from Kosciusko and Elkhart Counties. She was also found to have hypodermic needles and other paraphernalia on her person.

 

Slone has new charges of Reckless Possession of Paraphernalia and Identity Deception.

 

Mr. Carter was also charged with Assisting a Criminal.

 

Both are held at the Marshall County Jail with $3,000.00 cash bonds.
