Arrested_handcuffA Knox man was Friday night by city police following a welfare check.

Officer Ryan Richey went to 101 North Liberty Street to check on a male subject living at the address.  When he arrived at the residence he saw a male subject through the window he was familiar with.  Knowing that 25 year old Larry France had an active warrant through Marshall County for Battery to law Enforcement and Resisting law Enforcement he was taken into custody and booked into the County Jail and held on a $5,000 cash bond.
