The Marshall County Council meets Monday morning at 9 a.m. in the second floor meeting room of the County Building.
Marshall Superior Court II Judge Dean Colvin will discuss the Law Clerk position in this court while Tori Stull representing the Personnel Committee
will present on the request of Building & Grounds for an additional custodian while Community Corrections is making changes to the Pre-Trial Quality Assurance Coordinator and Substance Abuse Interventionist. Stull will also bring forward a request of the Building Commissioner and for the Sheriff for the turnkey dispatcher sergeant in the jail.
Marshall County Sheriff Matt Hassle will present the Commissary Report, discuss the pension plan and the Central Dispatch Fund while Assessor, Debbie Dunning is seeking a waiver of pay for a transferred employee.
Also on the agenda is the request for a Tax Abatement of Floyd Houin for Homestead Dairy along with transfers and additional appropriation request.
The Marshall County Council meeting is open to the public.
