Sunday evening, May 1, about 5:40 County Patrolman Jonathan Bryant conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Michigan and 6A Road. During the stop the driver, 39 year old William Neiswender of Plymouth was found to have two active warrants for his arrest. Officers also located narcotics in the vehicle he was driving.
A passenger in the vehicle, 31 year old James Palmer also of Plymouth was found to be possessing Methamphetamine paraphernalia. He was also arrested.
Both subjects were lodged at the Marshall County Jail. Mr. Neiswender has held with no bond on the warrants and a $1,000.00 cash bond on new charges. Mr. Palmer has a $3,000.00 cash bond.
