On Sunday morning, May 1st, at 5:19 a.m. a passerby noticed a 2006 Honda passenger car that had ran off the south side of Veterans Parkway just east of the intersection with U.S. 31. The unnamed driver is believed to be the only occupant in the vehicle at the time of the collision. Driver was transported by Plymouth EMS to Memorial Hospital of South Bend. The juvenile driver’s injury status is unknown at this time. The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department is still investigating this collision and the contributing factors to the cause of the collision. Further details will be released later as they come available.
