ArrestedThe Plymouth Police Department received a report of a alleged battery involving a child on Monday evening April 25th.

The report indicated that a 10 year old male had been battered but did not require medical treatment.

Detective Leo Mangus with the Plymouth Police Department investigated the report and as a result arrested 36 year old Ryan Castro of Plymouth on Thursday, April 28.

Mr. Castro’s was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $2,000 cash bond.  His initial hearing has been scheduled for May 17 in Marshall Superior Court 1.
