Friday afternoon at 12:14 p.m. Plymouth Police Officers were dispatched to the Holiday Inn Express located at 2619 North Michigan Street in Plymouth looking for a stolen vehicle that was possibly at that location.
Officers located the stolen pick-up truck.
During the investigation it was learned that the suspect, 54 year old Thomas Foudray of Kokomo had used a stolen credit card to rent a room at the Holiday Inn Express.
Thomas Foudray was questioned by Plymouth Police and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Possession of a Stolen Vehicle and Credit Card Fraud.
All suspects are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
