MugShot_James RohwerOn Saturday, April 16th, at approximately 6:00 PM, County Police Officer Wozniak conducted a traffic stop on a silver 2003 Chevrolet Impala for exceeding the maximum speed limit.

The driver, 30 year old James P Rohwer of Oseola was found to be operating a vehicle without a driver`s license.  At the jail, Rohwer was found to be in possession of a schedule II controlled substance.  He was held on a $4,505 cash bond.
