Wednesday, April 13th at 9:45 in the evening Officer Stuart Krynock stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction at US 30 and Michigan Street.
During the traffic stop the driver, 26 year old Dustin Allan Gregory of Rochester was suspected of being under the influence of alcohol. After being transported to the Saint Joseph Health Center in Plymouth for a chemical test he was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for OWI and held on a $1,505 cash bond.
