On Wednesday March 23, at approximately 4:30 P.M., the Marshall County Sheriff`s Department responded to a burglary complain that was occurring at a residence in the 11,000 block of Nutmeg Road.
The suspect was observed at the residence and described as an African American male, short hair, approximately 5`6″, medium build, in his late teens or early 20`s wearing a black hoody and dark pants.
Police believe the suspect fled the area in a newer model dark red Chrysler 200. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Marshall County Sheriff`s Department.
