An officer with the Marshall County Police Department conducted a traffic stop on Saturday, March 13th, at approximately 7:20 in the evening on US 31 near 17th Road. The stop was conducted on a blue 2007 Chrysler passenger vehicle that was exceeding the maximum speed limit. The driver, 25 year old Tara D. Dailey of South Bend was found to be operating a vehicle without a driver`s license. She was taken to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $255 cash bond.
