On Saturday February 20, 2016 Patrolman Bryant conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Oak Road and Jefferson Street for an equipment violation. During the stop the driver, 19 year old Anthony Smiley of Plymouth was found to be Operating the vehicle without ever receiving a license and possessed Marijuana. He was subsequently lodged at the Marshall County Jail.
