MugShot_Kevin BradleyOfficer Les McFarland with the Marshall County Police Department arrested a 50 year old Claypool man Sunday for Possession of Meth.

Officer McFarland was eastbound on US 30 when he observed a pickup truck on US 30, hauling a utility trailer without a license plate. A traffic stop was initiated and the driver, Kevin Bradley was arrested for Driving While Suspended with a prior offense.

The vehicle was impoundment and during the inventory a substance believed to be methamphetamine was discovered.

Bradley was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Driving While Suspended, a Class A Misdemeanor and Possession of Methamphetamine, a Level 6 Offense.   A case report will be completed and forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor`s Office to include the following traffic offenses: Operating without financial responsibility, false and fictitious registration, and no registration plate.
