A traffic stop at Center and North Streets in Bremen on Tuesday, February 16th just before 6 in the evening landed a Bremen man in the Marshall County Jail.
Bremen Officer Trent Stouder arrested 21 year old Derek Marley for two failure to appear warrants. One warrant had a $500 cash bond while the second one required Marley to be held without bond.
The charges and information supplied are merely an allegation that a crime has been committed; all subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
