Plymouth officers were dispatched to McDonald’s Sunday morning at 2:47 for a possibly intoxicated male subject who was passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle in the drive-thru.
Officer Paul Stamper responded and conducted an investigated that found 23 year old Rafael Quintana Romero to be Operating a vehicle While Intoxicated. He was transported to MCJ where he was lodged.
