Bremen_Police_black SUVBremen Police Chief Brad Kile released his departmental activity report for February 5th through the 11th.

The Bremen Police Department issues a total of 94 traffic warnings and 26 traffic citations during the reporting period.

Officer investigated a single property damage accident at 213 West North Street on February 28th.  The incident only required an exchange of information.

Bremen officers had three arrests all on February 5th.  Nicholas Dulik of Bremen was arrested for Operator Never Licensed and a Suspended Infraction while Dylan Rectenwal of Valparaiso was arrested for Driving While Suspended with a Prior Charge and Ryan Ntende of Goshen was also arrested for Driving While Suspended with a Prior Charge.

Bremen Fire had a number of calls from February 5th through the 11th.  On the 5th they responded to 1215 West Dewey Street for a water flow alarm and to 417 South Whitlock Street for a fire alarm.  On February 8th firefighters were dispatched to 7708 1st Road for a rollover accident while on the 10th there responded to State Road 331 and 5th Road for a personal injury accident.  Their final call during the reporting period was on the 11th for a personal injury accident at 192 Plymouth Goshen Trail.

 

A criminal charge is merely an accusation.  Every defendant is presumed innocent until or unless proven guilty.
