Bremen Police officers made a number of arrests over the weekend.
On Friday, October 16th at approximately 4:15 p.m., during a routine traffic stop 25 year old Antonio Corona of Monterey was arrested for Operator Never Licensed. He was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $225 cash bond.
Saturday morning a routine traffic stop led to the arrest of 22 year old Lindsey McCann of Middlebery. McCann was arrested for Possession of a Scheduled II Controlled Substance and held in the County Jail on a $755 cash bond.
Saturday evening a Bremen officer arrested 25 year old Ryan Patrick Stratton of Nappanee on a traffic stop for speeding. Stratton was booked into the County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated and Endangering a Person Under 18. He was held on a $1,505 cash bond.
On Sunday evening, just before 6 a Bremen officer stopped 21 year old Stephen Abair of Plymouth. During the investigation the officer located marijuana and paraphernalia. He was transported to the County Jail and booked in for Possession of Marijuana and held on a $505 cash bond. The officer also learned that Mr. Abair was operating without responsibility.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation. Every defendant is presumed innocent until or unless proven guilty.
