On Saturday, October 3, the Plymouth Police Department received a report regarding sexual activity between a 15 year old female and a male subject named Juan Luva. His ages was estimated at approximately 30 years old.
Detective Leo Mangus with the Plymouth Police Department began an investigation that revealed this incident occurred at a residence in Plymouth on the night of September 25, 2015.
Juan Carlos Luva was located on Monday, October 5. After questioning, Luva was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Sexual Misconduct with a Minor as a Level 4 Felony. His cash bond has been set at $50,000.00 cash.
