23 year old Xavier E. Witt of Indiana Avenue in Plymouth was arrested Monday afternoon by Plymouth Police Officer Bob DeLee. Witt was located after violating his home detention by leaving the residence. He was booked into the Marshall County Jail and held with no bond.
