Marshall County Republicans will select a person to fill the vacancy left by the death of Sheriff Tom Chamberlin the end of August.
A caucus of Republican precinct committee men and women from throughout the county will convene at 6 p.m. tonight at Republican Headquarters.
There are six candidates seeking to be the next Sheriff of Marshall County; Daniel Butt, Ward Byers, Duane Culp, Matthew Hassel, John Karris and Neal Wallace.
