With the change of seasons, Saint Michael School is preparing for their Fall Festival on September 25th through the 27th. The weekend’s events include a Family Fun Fair on Friday, Dinner with entertainment and auctions on Saturday and an all-you-can-eat breakfast on Sunday to conclude their fundraising effort.
Friday evening Family Fun Fair is from 6 to 9 and includes a meal, unlimited games, a raffle, prizes and fun. Tickets are $10 per person. On Saturday there is a fried chicken dinner and dance. Doors open a 5 and dinner is being served at 5:30. During the evening there will live auctions and Southern Straightaway will perform at 7. Tickets are available to those 21 and older for $40 per person and include dinner and 2 alcoholic drinks and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages. Sunday morning from 8 to 11 St. Michael will feature an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast for $7 per person with kids 5 and under free.
Funds raised from past events have helped provide St. Michael school children with such things as updated technology, academic support, educational opportunities outside of the classroom, social programs and teacher training.
