Monday evening about 7 Plymouth Police were dispatched to 823 West Garro Street for a physical domestic fight.
Officer Krynock interviewed witnesses and after seeing the injuries of the victim, 48 year old Joseph F. Dillard was taken into custody. During a pat-down officers located a scheduled IV controlled substance on Mr. Dillard. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for Domestic Battery and Possession of Scheduled IV Controlled Substance.
Dillard was given a court date of October 20th and a cash bond of $1,505.
