Plymouth Police Officer Ben McIntyre served a search warrant on 22 year old William Weaver of Elkhart Tuesday evening about 7:45 in Centennial Park.
Officer McIntyre observed Mr. Weaver in the park and knew there was an active warrant for his arrest. During the traffic stop it was confirmed that through Elkhart County that the probation violation warrant was active.
Weaver was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail to await extradition.
