04/29/14 Ball State’s annual J-Day draws more than 1000 high school journalists and their advisers to campus for a day of informative sessions and journalism related activities.  The J-Day contest is a means for high schools to get valuable feedback on their publications, as well as, recognition for the most outstanding entries.  This year, nearly 700 entries were submitted in newspaper, yearbook, magazine, online, and broadcast journalism categories.

Plymouth High School’s Kelsey Schnieders was recognized with an Excellent rating in Cover Design and the team of Kelsey Schnieders and Courteney Keller earned an Excellent rating for Sports Story.
