PLYMOUTH – The Plymouth Community Schools will host a free training hosted at Riverside Intermediate for teachers, staff and family members of PCSC and the Plymouth Community in the Connect workshop.

The Workshop is designed to help parents, teachers, and staff develop healthy relationships with the people they relate to, whether in a classroom or at home

Over 700 students have completed this year; over 1,300 students completed the program since it’s inception in 2012.

More than 80 Principals, teachers, staff and parents have also completed the program.

Connect offers the unique opportunity for participants to share dreams, challenges and life stories in a safe and honest way. In turn the group becomes closer, thus eliminating aggressive behavior.

Through impacting and interactive activities, teens and adults carefully explore the reasons why people isolate themselves from one another. Discussion promotes positive change and attitudes of respect towards one another, their communities and the environment.

The training will be on April 22 and 23 from 3:30-5:30 at Riverside. Please RSVP by April 16 to ecobb@plymouth.k12.in.us
