01/06/14 Firefighters from several department responded to a barn fire at 7150 12B Road in Argos at 6:38 p.m. Sunday, the property owned by Dale Dodson.
The barn was totally engulfed when emergency crews arrived on the scene. Fire fighters battled snow-covered county roads to get to the fire scene and then had to shuttle water to battle the blaze.
Fire crews were on the scene for hours.The animals in the barn perished in the blaze.
