On Friday, July 9th, at approximately 2:00 AM, Marshall County Officers were dispatched to the area of 9019 Suter Road, the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness Church, for a vehicle driving into the building and something being on fire.

At the time of the dispatch, It was said that a vehicle had hit the side of the church, causing damage and a female subject was throwing rocks at the building. It appeared that this unknown liquid was poured all over and someone had used a fire source, or lighter in attempt to start a fire at the entrance to the front door. The vehicle had caused minor damage to the building and bushes in the landscape.

On Monday, July 12, the Marshall County Sheriff`s Department obtained information about a person of interest in the investigation.

The Marshall County Sheriff`s Department obtained a Search Warrant and executed the Search Warrant for a residence located within GateWood Trailer Park at 2403 North Michigan Road just south of LaPaz.

The Marshall County Sheriff`s Department arrested 43-year-old Lindsey R. Allman.  She was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Arson and Leaving the Scene of an Accident and held on a $3,000 cash bond.

A case report will be completed and forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor`s Office for review.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
