10/11/13 Sad to say, this Saturday’ is the final Plymouth Farmers’ Market (PFM) of the season. It’s also the last market in its current location. Look for opening day in our new space May 10, 2014. This Saturday youngsters will have an opportunity to paint a pumpkin donated by the vendors.

Tom Keb will be heating up the fall season with tastings of his famous chili. ‘Music and More’ will be featured for musical entertainment singing and dancing beginning at 9:30. The group does variety shows for retirement facilities in the area.

The Covenant Church will host their final bake sale from 7:30 to 11:30.

Encore Performing Arts will be selling their popular dried soup packets: Six-Bean MEDLEY, Chili CAPRESIO, PULSE Palouse and the newest—MAESTROne. Stop by for a taste. The fundraiser is aptly called ‘Music in Souper’. The price is $6 and will also be available at Earthworks. They make great stocking stuffers.

The PFM is held Saturdays from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. in River Park Square at Garro and River Streets, east of Michigan. The Market is urging everyone to go ‘green’ so please bring your shopping bag.

It’s never too early to register as a vendor for 2014. New vendors are always welcome. Applications for vendors and not-for-profits are available on the website at www.plymouthfarmersmarket.com or by contacting Tom Keb, Market Manager, at (574) 217-5776.
