09/19/13 On Tuesday, September 17th at approximately 4:15 p.m. Plymouth Police Officer Matt Emenhiser served a warrant at 802 North Plum Street. The warrant was for 25 year old Chance M. Skaggs of Mishawaka. Skaggs was taken into custody for the active warrant. He was also found to be in possession of a legend drug and stolen property. Chance Skaggs was transported to the Marshall County Jail and lodged on a $3,005 cash bond.
