09/18/13 Attention Rockie Football fans…now’s the to order your 2013 Homecoming T-Shirt “Rockie Pride.” Cost for the t-shirts start at $12 and order forms can be picked up and dropped off at the Plymouth High School, Lincoln Junior High, WTCA Radio, Plymouth Mancino’s, Kay’s Beauty Salon, or mail it to the Athletic Booster Club at #1 Big Red Drive in Plymouth.
All proceeds from the sale of the shirts go back to the student athletes through the booster club. With the continued support of the fans and community each year the Athletic Booster Club is able to provide the PHS athletic department with $18,000, the Lincoln Junior High athletic department with $4,000 and Riverside Intermediate athletics with $2,000. These funds are then used to help with transportation cost, new uniforms, practice equipment and any other area the athletic department feels there is a need.
The Athletic Booster Club also recognize high school senior athletes by choosing a Senior Scholar Athlete of the Month throughout the school year and awards two $2,000 scholarships at the end of the school year one to a male and one female Senior Scholar Athlete of the Year.
