09/17/13 The Plymouth Music Boosters are seeking corporate sponsors to help fund the 15th annual “Harvest Festival of Bands” marching band invitational.  The event is scheduled for Saturday, October 5th from 5 to 8 p.m.

All sponsors and advertisements will be printed in the program that is distributed to the audience at the invitational competition. The booster program uses the Harvest Festival as a source of income to fund the annual marching band finances.  They also are selling well wishes to band students with a special section for PHS Seniors for pictures.

This annually event has had as many as fifteen area high school bands traveling to Plymouth to compete in the Festival.

Sponsorships and advertisements will be used to pay for the cost of judges and their travel expenses along with trophies for the award ceremony. There are four sets of trophies for the competition and each set costs approximately $250. Trophy sponsors will be given an advertisement space and – additionally – the opportunity to help present the trophies at the award ceremony. Advertising rates are from $25 up to $200. 

All sponsors and advertisements should include an easy-to-scan copy of the advertisement or a digital file of the advertisement. Digital files can be sent to bames@plymouth.k12.in.usfor inclusion in the program.  Sponsorships and advertisements must be received no later than Friday, September 27th, to be guaranteed a spot in the printed programs.
