09/03/13 Last Wednesday night about 11:30 Plymouth Police Officer Bridget Hite observed a vehicle pull out of the Wal-Mart parking lot with no headlight on.  She pulled the vehicle over at US 30 and Oak Road and discovered that the driver, 18 year old Anthony Lemonte of Plymouth was driving without ever receiving a driver’s license.  He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a cash bond.  Lemonte was released at 7:15 Thursday evening after posting bond.

Friday morning just before 11 Plymouth Patrolman Bob DeLee was in the Kroger Parking lot and heard an employee speaking with a customer that had departed the store setting off the security alarm.  An investigation began on scene and revealed that 23 year old Vincent Michael Carnegie of Mentone had concealed a bottle of Vodka and left without paying for it.  He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail.

A 9-1-1 caller reported to the county dispatch center that a possible impaired driver was coming into the City of Plymouth about 4 p.m. Sunday afternoon.  City Officer Matthew Emenhiser conducted a traffic stop in the area of Oak Drive and Harrison Street.  The driver, 31 year old Jonathan N. Pope of South Bend was found to be intoxicated and in possession of narcotics.  Pope was transported to the County Jail and charged with OWI and Possession of Narcotics.
