08/12/13 On Thursday, August 8th at approximately 8:20 p.m. Plymouth Police Officer Matt Emenhiser responded to Wal-Mart in reference to a shoplifter. Arriving at the store, 28 year old Kenneth Craft of Winamac was found to be in possession of a cell phone that had not been paid for and belonged to Wal-Mart. During a short investigation it was also learned that Mr. Craft was wanted on three outstanding warrants. He was taken into custody for Theft and a Failure to Appear on a Felony charge and was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $3,005 bond.
