07/31/13 On Monday, July 29th at approximately 3:00 PM Plymouth Police Officer Derek Workman observed 40 year old Todd Kring of Plymouth walking near the intersection of Walnut and Jefferson Street. Officer Workman, having knowledge of an active warrant through Marshall County for arrested Kring, made a stop on him. Kring was arrested on the warrant for civil contempt. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $11,000 bond.
At 6:49 PM Officer Jesse Pippenger located 21 year old Drew W. Schieber of Plymouth walking the 400 block of Adams Street. The officer knew there was a warrant for his arrest. Officer Pippenger made contact and arrested Mr. Schieber on the Marshall County warrant for theft and forgery. He was transported to the County Jail and held on a $10,005 bond.
Later Monday night, Officer Benjamin McIntyre conducted a traffic stop on 45 year old Rosendo Gutierrez-Diaz of Plymouth for a traffic infraction. During the course of the traffic stop it was found that Mr. Gutierrez-Diaz had a suspended license with a prior charge. He was taken into custody and transported to the Jail where he was booked in for driving while suspended with a prior and held on a $755 bond. Mr. Gutierrez was later released that night after posting bond and received a September 3rd Court Date at 8:30 AM in Superior Court II.
