07/23/13  On Friday, July 19th at 9:54 PM Plymouth Police Officer Derek Workman responded to 401 South Michigan Street in reference to a warrant service.  30 year old Dustin R. Brown of Plymouth was located and arrested for an active warrant out of Marshall County.  Brown was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a warrant for dealing in marijuana, possession of marijuana 30 grams, possession of hash oil and possession of paraphernalia used to enhance.   He was booked in on a $10,005 bond.

On Saturday, July 20th at 5:08 PM Officer Workman located and arrested 41 year old, Angela S. Rosander on Pioneer Drive near the entrance of the Marshall County Jail.  She had an active warrant out of Marshall County for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance.  Rosander who is from Plymouth, was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on the active warrants with a $5,005 cash bond.  

At 5:09 PM Officer Bridget Hite responded to the 300 block of East Jefferson Street after receiving a 9-1-1 call in reference to a physical altercation between a father and son.  Officer Hite located the son who was bleeding on the cheek allegedly where the father had grabbed him. Officer’s located 52 year old Curtis Batey.   He told officers that he had pushed his son.  Batey was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on battery charges and a $1,505 cash bond.

Later Saturday night at 9:45 PM Officer Benjamin McIntyre conducted a traffic stop at Jefferson and Randolph Street on 35 year old, Maria Perez of Plymouth.  During the investigation it was discovered that Perez had never received a valid operator’s license.  She was taken into custody and transported to the County Jail. Perez was released at 11:25 p.m. after posting her $255 cash bond. 

On Sunday, July 21st at 2:05 AM Officer Chris Miller responded to the intersection of Plum and Washington Street in reference to a physical fight.  Officer Miller located and arrested 47 year old, Crystal Mata of Plymouth for operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering another person and disorderly conduct.   24 year old Timothy Brink of Plymouth was arrested for public intoxication, resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct.   31 year old, Jared Warner of Plymouth was also arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.  All three subjects were transported to the Jail where Crystal Mata was booked in on a $3,005 cash bond.  Timothy Brink was booked on a $1,005 cash bond and Jared Warner was booked on a $1,005 bond.

Later Sunday night at 9:23 PM Officer Joe Deisch conducted a traffic stop on Randy L. White of Plymouth at the intersection of Ewing and Miner Street.  During the investigation it was determined that Mr. White was operating a vehicle while intoxicated.  He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,505 bond.  White was later released after posting his bond the following day.
