07/19/13 On Wednesday, July 17th at approximately 9:30 AM the Plymouth Police Department received a call from the Marshall County Probation Department advising they had a female in their office with an active warrant out of Starke County. Arriving to the location Officer Steve DeLee took into custody 66 year old Alberta H. Keyser of Plymouth. Keyser was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was released to Starke County.
Later that afternoon at 3:09 PM Officer Matt Emenhiser responded to Wal-Mart in reference to two females being detained by their Loss Prevention. 51 year old Shardaben L. Patel and Kinjalben J. Patel both of Plymouth were taken into custody for theft. Both subjects was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on $1,505 bonds each. Both were released later that afternoon after posting their bonds and received Tuesday, August 20th Superior I Court dates.
