12/27/12 On Sunday, December 23rd at 2:47 PM Officer Shelly Cleveland with the Plymouth Police Department responded to 1250 Dora Lane in Plymouth in reference to a physical altercation. Arriving at the scene and after the completion of an investigation, 31 year old, Mark A. Weaver of Plymouth was arrested for Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,005 bond.
A short time later at 5:48 PM Officer Derek Workman responded to the Plymouth Wal-Mart in reference to a shoplifter. 27 year old, Brock Briddle of Plymouth was arrested for theft and was transported to the Marshall County Jail. He was booked in on a $3,005 bond.
On Monday, December 24th on Christmas Eve at 3:50 PM Officer Workman responded to the Plymouth Wal-Mart in reference to a female shoplifter. 27 year old, Amanda N. Bowen of Lakeville was taken into custody for theft and trespassing after being denied entrance. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $3,005 bond.
