06/08/12 Marshall County Police Officer Rob Hafke investigated a criminal mischief complaint on Saturday, June 2nd. At 8:54 a.m. Officer Hafke responded to the 15,000 block of Lincoln Highway in reference to an unknown person that painted black paint on the victim’s car and home.
Then on Tuesday, June 5th at 7:13pm, Patrolman Hafke investigated a theft in the 300 block of US 31. An unknown person entered the victim’s property sometime during the morning of Thursday, May 31st and removed an older style electric powered log splitter. The only description was approximately 4 inches in length with a red beam and blue hydraulic pump. Anyone with information on either of these cases is asked to contact the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department at 936-3187.
