PLYMOUTH, IN – The Ancilla Chargers women’s basketball team has signed Plymouth High School’s Brittany Himes for the 2012-13 season.
“Brittany is a good pick up for us,” said Ancilla head coach Stephanie Beason. “She’s a very heady player and does a lot of the little things on the court. She’s also a good role model in the community.”
Brittany works at the Boys and Girls Club of Plymouth in her spare time.
While at Ancilla Brittany will be pursuing one of Ancilla’s new degree programs, a general studies degree in Exercise Science. Brittany said she chose Ancilla because of the opportunity to continue doing what she loves while continuing her education at the same time.
