01/12/12 On Friday, January 6th at approximately 6:15pm, Plymouth Police Officer Gary Cleveland responded to the 300 block of Garro Street after receiving a call about a white Chevy Beretta that had hit a trash can and left the scene.
The resident recognized the suspect driver as being Andrew Thomas 22, of Plymouth. Once Thomas and the vehicle he was driving were located, damage to the vehicle matched the damage to the trash bin.
Andrew Thomas was arrested and taken into custody, and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Failure to Stop after an accident resulting in damage, and was given a $250.00 cash bond. Thomas is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on January 31st at 8:30am.
