The Mayor’s office in Plymouth recently hosted another blood drive during the Farmers’ Market.
It is always a pleasure for our staff to work with you and the donors.
MaryAnkrapp Blood Donor Recruitment Specialist for the South Bend Medical Foundation said, “During the summer months we typically experience blood shortages due to vacations and students off on break. The timing of your drive was so helpful to the blood inventory.”
The results of the blood drive were 24 successful drive units with only 2 deferrals.
Ankrapp said, “By joining us in this life-saving mission you have made a significant difference in the community and for that we are truly grateful!”
Laura Mann, Mayor Senter’s Executive Assistant said, “We saved 72 lives on Saturday!!!”
