6/21/2011   On Wednesday, June 15th at approximately 10:20pm Corporal Tim Taberski of the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to the 800 block of Jefferson Street in reference to a vehicle parked in the roadway.  Upon locating the vehicle it was discovered that Darren S. Corbett, 20, of Walkerton was in possession of Marijuana.  Corbett was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he is held of a $2000.00 cash bond.  He was given a scheduled court hearing in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on July 5th at 8:30am.

Then on in the early morning of Friday, June 17, around 5:00 a.m.  Officer  Paul Stamper made a traffic stop at the intersection of State Road 17 and Glen Overmyer Drive when it was found that Benjamin E. Creighbaum, 30, of Plymouth had an outstanding warrant out of Marshall County.  Creighbaum was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in on the two warrants; Residential Entry and Criminal Mischief, with a $2000.00 cash bond that was paid at 10:45 Friday morning.  He was scheduled to appear in Superior Court #1 at 8:30 on June 21st.

On Saturday, June 18th at approximately 12:15 a.m. Plymouth Police Officer Ryan Richey was dispatched to Burger King Restaurant located on Michigan Street for a possible intoxicated male banging on the windows and yelling at people.  Once officers arrived in the area the located Michael J. Bobby 57, of Argos who matched the description of the subject.  Bobby was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Public Intoxication with a $1000.00 cash bond.  Due to no judicial review, Bobby was released on Monday, June 20th at 12:30 a.m.  He has a scheduled court appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on July 12th at 8:30 a.m.

A short time later at approximately 1:10 a.m. while Officer Richey was busy with his arrest Officer John Weir initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of Jefferson and Coventry Streets when he noticed a vehicle abruptly swerve left of center.  It was found that driver, Angie L. Grove 38, of Plymouth was under the influence, after failing a chemical test.  She was arrested and transported to their Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for Operating While Intoxicated with a $1000.00 cash bond, which was paid on the same date at 11:45 a.m.  Grove is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on June 28th at 8:30am.

Then at 3:01am Saturday Officer Taberski initiated a traffic stop in the Speedway parking lot located at 2225 North Michigan Street.  It was found that the driver was a 15 year old juvenile that had taken the vehicle without permission.  The juvenile was taken into custody and later released to a parent.

Sunday, June 19th around 1:40 a.m. Officer Taberski initiated a traffic stop in the 500 block of East Jefferson Street.  The registered owner, Ronald D. Lichtenbarger, 51, of LaPaz was found to have an active warrant out of Marshall County for Failure to Appear on a Probation violation.  At this time he is being held with no bond set on this charge.
