05/24/11 Last week staff and management from Goody’s were joined by representatives from the Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce and Mayor Mark Senter for a Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting Ceremony in front of the store at 2009 North Michigan Street.

More than a dozen shoppers were lined up and waiting for the doors to open at 9 a.m. to take advantage of the grand opening specials.

During the ceremony the bubbly store manager, Rosa Vuittonet said “Shoppers will find more brand names with bigger variety and the same professional staff to assist customers.”

Just prior to cutting the ribbon Mayor Senter said, “I want to thank Goody’s for staying here in Plymouth.  It’s a step in the right direction for the retail base and it’s the type of store that will bring shoppers in from other communities.”
