01/18/11 While working off-duty security at the Plymouth Kroger store  city police officer Jason Dobbins arrested two individuals for Public Intoxication.  At 1:12 a.m. Friday Officer Dobbins arrested 25 year old Britain E Bolinger of 11th Road and 27 year old Justin A. Sellers of Michigan Street for public intox.  They were transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in.

Corporal Bridget Hite was dispatched Friday evening about 9:30 to Wal-Mart in reference to a shoplifter that had left the store heading north on Oak Road.  Officer Hite observed a vehicle matching the description on Oak Road north of Showland Theater and stopped the vehicle.  The driver, 32 year old Dennis Kobold of North Michigan Street was driving on a suspended license with a prior charge. The stolen merchandise was located inside the vehicle and Kobold and the passenger in the vehicle, Mandi Ward both had a green leafy substance on their persons. They were both transported and lodged in the Marshall County Jail.

Saturday morning at 2:24 a.m. Officer Tim Taberski saw a vehicle parked next to Papa Johns at 1625 North Michigan Street.  In checking, three individuals were located inside.  All there were taken into custody and charged with minor consuming and public intoxication.  Arrested were 18 year old Erisento Chruez Amidga and 18 year old Maria Guzman along with 16 year old male juvenile.

Saturday evening a battery was reported to the Plymouth Police Department.  Officer Shively began an investigation that resulted in the arrest of 28 year old Alora D. Davis of 722 West Washington Street.  Ms. Davis was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.  She was booked in for domestic battery and resisting law enforcement.
