01/10/11 The Plymouth Police Department’s Officer James Brown responded to the Plymouth Martins Supermarket on Wednesday, January 5th at 8:09 AM after receiving a complaint of a suspicious male in the parking lot possibly conducting a sexual act. Upon arrival Officer Brown observed a male subject sitting in a vehicle matching the description. As the subject exited the vehicle the officer saw that he was exposed.
The male subject identified as 37 year old Randy Romine of Knox was arrested and charged with public indecency in a public place. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a $750 bond.
