12/17/10 On Wednesday, December 13th Plymouth Police Officer Jason Dobbins responded to the Plymouth Wal-Mart in reference to detained female shoplifters. Upon arriving at the store Officer Dobbins arrested 18 year old Rachael M. Lee of 14th Road for theft. The juvenile with her was released to her mother. Lee was transported to the Marshall County Jail with bond set at $1,000.
