11/29/10 Sunday evening Plymouth Police Officer John Weir and his K-9 partner Rex stopped a bicycle rider on Lake Avenue just after 7 p.m. The male was stopped because he was riding without any lights or reflective gear on.
That simple stopped ended with an arrest of the subject for an active meth lab in a back pack.
