11/15/10 The Marshall County Drainage Board and Commissioners will meet Monday morning.
Members of the Marshall County Drainage Board will meet at 8:30 a.m. in the second floor meeting room of the County Building. The agenda includes opening fids for the Myers Arm #7. Also Kyle Reese will be seeking permission to put a culvert bridge over the Thornburg Ditch. Other agenda items include approval of the October 18 meeting minutes and the signing of the petition for reconstruction on the Henry Snyder Ditch.
The County Commissioners are scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. Their agenda includes Charlie Bushkill from the Healy Group. He will be discussing the dental plan and a benefit fair scheduled for Wednesday, November 17th.
County Highway Superintendent Neal Haeck will report on the activity of his employees and will discuss the request of Amanda Grenert to place No Parking signs at the cul-de-sack on 3B Road.
At 10 a.m. the Commissioner will open bids for vehicles for the Sheriff’s Department.
Also on the agenda it the County Attorney Report, County Auditor Report and Commissioner items including the resolution the place the private Lake of the Woods easements back on the tax rolls, the 2011 holiday schedule, the 2011 meeting schedules and the 2011 pay schedule.
Public comments follow at the end of the meeting. This meeting is open to the public for comments and questions.
