10/29/10 Halloween is this weekend and the City of Plymouth will celebrate in grand style on Saturday.

 

New this year is the Boo-Tacular Halloween Costume Contest begins at 12:30 p.m. at the Farmers’ Market area on Garro Street. The event is sponsored in part by the Plymouth Park Department and the Chamber of Commerce.  Mr. Art the balloon man will entertain during the affair. The costume contest is for children ages from birth to 12 years.  The kids will be divided into 4 age categories with first, second and third place prizes in each age group.

 

Trick-or-Treating in the downtown area will be Saturday from 1 to 3 p.m.

 

Kids are invited to stop by Garden Court downtown at 315 West Garro Street and Trick-or-Treating from 1 to 3.

 

Trick or Treat at Millers Assisted Living this Saturday from 2-3p.m.  Miller’s Senior Living is located at 625 Oakhill Avenue and their residents enjoy having trick or treaters!

 

The fun continues with the traditional neighborhood Trick-or-Treat from 5 to 7 p.m. in Plymouth.  Those wishing to have children knocking on their doors should leave on the porch light.

Argos on Saturday from 5 to 7

Bremen on Saturday from 5 to 7

Bourbon on Saturday from 5 to 7

Culver on Sunday from 5 to 7

LaPaz on Saturday from 5 to 7 and a community party at the LaPaz Fire Department at 7.
