10/26/10 The LAST walk-in clinic for the Marshall County Health Department will be conducted on Wednesday, October 27th from 4 to 6 p.m. at Plymouth High School.

The Plymouth Community School Corporation sent home second notices to the parents of students who still need immunizations last week.  

The exclusion date for students of the Plymouth Community School Corporation has been set as November 15th at 3:30 p.m.  This means if your student does not have all required immunizations, they will be unable to attend school on November 16th.  The student will not be readmitted until proof of immunization is provided to the nurse in the High School, Junior High or Intermediate Schools. 

The Walk-in Vaccination Clinic on Wednesday, October 27th is for students in grades 6 through 12 and kindergarten and will be held at Plymouth High School.  Only T-DAP, Meningococcal, Varicella (chicken pox) and kindergarten shots will be given during Wednesday’s walk-in clinic.  No baby shots, No preschool shots, and No shots for ages 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 year olds!
